Email Marketing Intern – Mexico & Canada

A leading company is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Email Marketing Intern to support the execution of email campaigns for the Mexico and Canada markets. This role will assist with campaign setup, audience segmentation, localization, and performance tracking to ensure effective regional communication

Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day execution of email marketing campaigns for Mexico and Canada
• Assist with campaign setup, including building emails and scheduling sends
• Help segment audiences and manage contact lists to ensure targeted communication
• Support localization of email content for regional markets
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure alignment with brand messaging
• Assist in tracking and analyzing campaign performance metrics
• Help maintain and update email marketing calendars and workflows
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality control across all email communications
• Learn and apply brand guidelines to effectively communicate messaging through email campaigns

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Basic understanding or strong interest in email marketing and digital marketing
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Analytical mindset with willingness to learn performance tracking and optimization
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Eagerness to learn and understand brand messaging and marketing strategy
• Bilingual proficiency required (English and Spanish)
