A leading company is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support the Marketing Team across Mexico and international markets. This role is responsible for creating, adapting, and producing visual and video assets that ensure consistent and efficient brand execution across multiple channels and formats.


  • Create and design visual assets including banners, social media content, digital ads, and marketing materials


  • Adapt creative assets provided by U.S. teams for local and international markets


  • Develop engaging content for social media platforms and paid media campaigns


  • Produce and edit video content, including short-form clips and adaptations for different channels


  • Design commercial and sales materials such as flyers, brochures, and mini product catalogs


  • Create assets for retail environments including displays, stands, in-store materials, and point-of-sale (POS) elements


  • Resize and adapt digital assets according to platform requirements (dimensions, file size, resolution, and formats)


  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs and channels


  • Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and sales teams to meet project requirements and deadlines

Requisitos

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of proven experience in graphic design and visual content creation


  • Bilingual proficiency required (English and Spanish)


  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print design work, including video content


  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite:
  • Photoshop
  • Illustrator
  • InDesign
  • Premiere Pro
  • After Effects


  • Strong video editing and motion graphics skills


  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color, and layout


  • Ability to adapt global content to local markets with a creative and strategic approach


  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously


  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
