A leading company is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Paid Media Specialist to develop, launch, and manage comprehensive paid media campaigns across Search, Social, and Retail Media platforms. This role will support paid media efforts across Mexico, Canada, and the U.S., with a strong focus on campaign execution, budget management, pacing, and performance optimization
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across key platforms for both residential and industrial business in Mexico, Canada, and the U.S.
- Manage campaign set-up and ongoing performance across:
- Mexico: Google, Meta, Liverpool, Amazon, and Mercado Libre
- US/Canada: Google, Meta, Lowes, Home Depot, Wayfair, and Amazon
- Oversee budget pacing, performance monitoring, and in-flight adjustments to ensure efficient spend and strong return on investment
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to maximize campaign reach and effectiveness
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization
- Partner with internal creative and marketing teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals tailored to each platform and audience
- Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously improve paid media strategies and execution
